Our Team

At In Front of the Net, we believe having a small multi-talented team gives us the skills and flexibility to tackle any web project.

Rich Freeman: Director, Development

Rich Freeman brings a diverse background to In Front of the Net’s operations. A graduate from the University of Western Ontario, he has also received a post-graduate Applied Information Technology diploma from the Information Technology Institute in Toronto. Rich has been involved with the development of desktop, internet, and mobile applications since 1998.  In addition to being a founding partner at In Front of the Net, Rich also teaches web programming at Barrie’s Georgian College and is a volunteer mentor at the Barrie chapter of Ladies Learning Code.

Thomas Dexter: Lead Developer

A graduate of Georgian College, Thomas is our resident code ninja. Thomas handles a large share of our back-end development work including server-side scripting, business logic, database design, and systems integration. Known for going the extra mile and constantly learning the latest bleeding edge tools, he is also a talented designer and all-around knowledgeable tech addict.

Greg Klein: Lead Designer

An outstanding designer and latest addition to the team, Greg leads In Front of the Net’s creative spark. A Georgian College alumnus, Greg is known for his sharp, crisp logos and layouts but isn’t afraid to get his coding hands dirty either.  Whip-smart and direct, he has a terrific knack for capturing the essence of an organization and translating those themes into stunning visual identities.
